I. — Notre Histoire
It began with bread.
Côte Rôtie began as a boulangerie. Before there was a menu, there was a loaf: slow sourdough, laminated croissants, the smell of butter drifting across the Alliance Française courtyard. The bistro grew around the bread: tartines, smoked pastrami, roasts, and a kitchen you can see straight into. French at heart, curious about the world.

When the sun drops, the garden switches on.
White bistro chairs on terracotta, an old tree hung with lanterns, and a few hundred fairy lights. Our garden is where Karachi comes for long dinners, first dates and birthdays that go on until midnight.
